Hi, I’m Shrim and I don’t mess around - I get things done! I am a strong believer that there is always a better, more efficient way of getting things done, and I thrive on helping leaders and teams find it. In today’s digital-forward and hybrid-work culture, we are all stretched thin, and I know your energy belongs to things you care most about — not tangled operations or endless emails. That's where I come in: I help organizations cut through the noise, build systems that work, and move ideas into action.

What I Do Best

I’ve built operational infrastructure from the ground up, scaled teams from one person to dozens, and led organizations through major transitions like fiscal sponsor spin-outs, leadership leaves, and rapid growth. What I bring is equal parts strategy and execution: I can zoom out to see the big picture and then roll up my sleeves to make it happen.

I approach every challenge with a systems lens — looking beyond symptoms to uncover the root causes of organizational friction. Rather than applying quick fixes or temporary patches, I design solutions that address issues at their core, creating lasting change and stronger foundations for growth.

Although I lead Bathey Consulting Group, I don’t do this work alone. I have a trusted network of talented consultants I collaborate with as projects demand — from finance and HR specialists to project managers and facilitators. That means when you work with me, you’re not just getting one person; you’re tapping into a broader community of expertise.

Outside of Work

When I’m not consulting, you can find me at the local bookstore or library, farmers market, or volunteering at my kids’ school. I’m also a passionate home cook who believes in sharing meals as a way to build community.
