Hi, I’m Shrim and I don’t mess around - I get things done! I am a strong believer that there is always a better, more efficient way of getting things done. In today’s digital-forward and hybrid-work culture, I know that we all have better things to do with our time (and no, not more emails!). Our mission is to support leaders with efficient planning and execution for operational initiatives, while mitigating risk, so they can focus more energy on things they are passionate about (like self-care!).
Shrim Bathey is a seasoned professional and nonprofit operations leader with a proven track record of building and scaling teams and organizations from the ground up. She thrives as an architect of organizational structures, viewing systems as complex puzzles with multiple solutions and developing scalable processes that enhance workflow, boost efficiency, and support employee growth. She is very comfortable in dynamic, high-volume, and financially constrained environments, leading change with adaptability, collaboration, and strategic foresight. Her ability to manage complex projects, foster cross-functional communication, and execute ambitious growth plans ensures that the systems she builds empower teams to achieve their mission and vision.
You can often find Shrim at the local library, bookstore, farmer’s market, or soaking up the sun. She volunteers regularly at the local elementary school and is on the Board of Directors at the Oakland Literacy Coalition. A passionate home cook, she finds happiness in sharing meals with family and friends and is always ready to cook for someone in need. Originally from the northeastern United States, Shrim moved to Oakland, CA in 2006, where she currently resides with her husband and two children.
